This is the latest complaint to the Virginia State
Bar.
I am looking forward as
to how someone can withhold information
as important as not telling their client they were a
prosecutor in an
office that
had an ongoing investigation into their background and the
Virginia State Bar
justifying it as "meeting their Code of
Professional Responsibility".
This has not been ruled yet, only a supposition based
upon past history
with the
Virginia State Bar.
