The Medstar Television
show Forensic Files® is supposed to be one
of the most watched shows on TV.
The reason being that people like reality TV and Forensic Files® claims to be a program
dedicated to
showing crimes and how forensic evidence helped in solving
those cases. The programs are shown on
Court TV, a cable channel that also broadcast actual court
cases, most high profile and many of them live.
Several people wrote to me and told me of the impending program
that was soon to be aired about the
investigation and trial of Earl Bramblett. Since I happen
to know a lot about the case, and had not been
contacted, I felt it would be another glory story about a
super investigator Barry Keesee and how the
prosecutor in the case had done such a wonderful job of sending
this dangerous killer to meet his maker.
I called the Executive Producer of the show, David Wasser,
and left a message on his voice mail. Several
hours later Mr. Wasser called me back and I told him of my
fears and asked he give some kind of disclaimer
or notice that there were still unanswered questions to Bramblett's
actual guilt. We talked for over an hour
and in that time I made Mr. Wasser aware of most of the evidence
that was questionable, to say the least,
and offered him proof of what I was alleging.
Since the program, titled Private Thoughts, was to air that
night, I figured Wasser couldn't do anything about it,
but assumed, since I had sent him an actual printout of all
the web site pages, he would make some arrangements
to pull the program from the lineup, or modify it in some
way to make it somewhat accurate. After several people
said they saw the program again, and several days ago I saw
it again, I was disappointed that Medstar and David
Wasser cared nothing about accuracy and decided it was too
much trouble to make it truthful and change it.
The logical extension of this reasoning is that all Forensic Files® programs are for entertainment
only and none are
accurate to any standard except for entertainment. I know
nothing in the program Private Thoughts has any
connection to accuracy or truth except Barry Keesee was an
investigator and Randy Leach was an assistant prosecutor.
Everything else, including their comments, were blatant lies.
Easily provable lies if Medstar, David Wasser or
anyone connected with the program had taken any time to check
anything. Some of the stuff is just plain stupid.
EXAMPLE: The time card where Bramblett was trying to
"hide" his time in. The time clock made a flat printed impression and
by tilting the card under a light you could easily have seen what was
marked over.
And Bramblett wrote on the card why he had marked it out.
"Didn't work-went to Arlies (this is the Garrabrant on page
ten)-then to" (I believe it was
to get his son's car to the garage). There was no hiding anything.
Bramblett always worked when he wanted because it was contract work.
The program said he showed up early to get paid more. Absolutely a LIE,
he came to work early most mornings and only worked a few hours a day.
Bramblett was not motivated by money.
This was the magazine
sealed by the court after the trial. Why would a magazine be sealed?
This is the magazine that Barry Keesee took to the WDBJ Channel 7 interview
before the trial and would not let it out of his hands. Keesee wouldn't
open the magazine even when asked to do so. Keesee claimed at that time
the magazine contained a story about a family that was killed and
the house set afire to cover the crime, just like the Hodges.
In the Forensic Files® program, Keesee says
the magazine contains a story about a murder with a handgun that has
no barrel, just like the Hodges.
That's the problem with liars, of which Keesee is Chief. They
have to remember what they said, and Keesee isn't smart enough to do
that.
Keesee was hired by the Virginia State Police when brawn was
at the top of the qualifications list. Brains were much further down
the list, maybe not even considered. A high school diploma was desired and
therefore, many large, rednecks, such as Keesee, became the base from which
the Virginia State Police drew their investigators. Longevity played a
much larger role than intelligence.
When you watch this particular Forensic Files program, notice
Keesee and all the grimaces and other strange affectations he manifests.
The man is a veritable case study in psychosis.
Would you buy a used car from this man?
Here is the drawing they said Bramblett made that they found
in the dumpster behind Brewco, the place where Bramblett worked.
There were all kinds of stories (lies) about the drawing.
Going up the staircase by one stick figure was a new lie. This drawing was supposedly
"found" by Barry Keesee in the dumpster after he had visited Brewco.
But
the biggest lie is it's Bramblett's drawings.
There was no testimony where the paper came from. I doubt
Bramblett would have access to this type of pad the paper was from.
It looks more like paper used by people that talks to groups and makes
notes on to emphasise their points. Kind of like in a police station
assembly room.
Barry Keesee is a
lying snake and no one should believe anything he says.
This drawing was
made by Earl and sent in one of his letters.
This is just some of
the evidence that was presented on the Forensic Files® program about Bramblett.
Wasser, the Executive Producer, said he was aware of my web site before
making the program. If they had been interested in presenting the truth
they would have contacted me. It could still have been a story about
forensics but the end result would be they would have exonerated Bramblett
and proven the Commonwealth of Virginia, with the help and lies of Barry
Keesee, the Virginia State Police Investigator, and Skip Burkart, the
then Commonwealth Attorney and now Judge, murdered an innocent man.So when
you see the Forensic Files® logo remember it should
really say FORENSIC LIES.
