I called Mr. Snead and we
talked about this letter and HostSave closing the web site on Medstar,
, say so.
You, sir, are a lying scumbag also. Your letter says you did not hear
from me and that is a lie. You even acknowledged it on the phone.

Dear Mr. Graham:
I apologize for the clerical error in my letter, please
be assured that I merely neglected to change a sentence in the form
letter I use in these matters. I do agree that we have corresponded.
However, as we discussed on the telephone extensively
this afternoon, and as was set out in both my December 29 and December
17, 2004, Affinity requires more than an assertion that you are entitled
to use the trademarks on your website. I understand your position,
and can sympathize with the difficulty that this issue poses for you.
In matters such as these, Affinity is placed in a difficult position between
two parties who have differing views on an issue. As I suggested on
the telephone, and in my December 29, 2003 letter, the most efficient way
for you to redress your injury is to have a court declare that your use
of the trademark does not infringe the owner's rights.

So, the only thing to do was try and find
another provider and hope they would comply with my First Amendment rights.
